Simple Ingredients in this High Protein Tuna Melt Wrap
- Low Calorie Large Tortilla Wrap – I use La Banderita because it is only 90 calories from one large tortilla!
- Sliced Cheese – You can use any cheese you want but my favorite is just cheddar! I buy thin sliced so it is lower calorie!
- Tuna – Any tuna will work but I prefer white / albacore! If you love tuna, you will love this high protein tuna cucumber boat recipe also!
- Light Mayo – Because why waste extra calories if you can just buy the light version and it does just as good of a job??

Ingredients
- 1 Low carb large tortilla wrap 90 calorie, La Banderita
- 1 slice cheese
- 1 can tuna
- 2 tbsp light mayo
Instructions
- Combine mayo and tuna. Spread on low carb tortilla with cheese. Roll up the wrap like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray. Pan fry the tortilla to seal it shut and melt the cheese.
