The Secret Sauce in this Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
Ranch has to be one of my favorite sauces but it can add calories QUICK! That is why I made a homemade low calorie ranch dressing recipe! Plus it is way cheaper than buying diet ranch at the store!
All you need to make this ranch is light mayo, nonfat greek yogurt, lowfat buttermilk, and ranch dip mix! Click HERE for the recipe and all the details on this delicious healthy ranch substitute!!

What Makes up these Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
- Large Spinach and Herb Wrap – Often when I am making wraps I use a smaller 70-110 calorie tortilla but this wrap is so packed with goodness that a large tortilla is needed! This spinach and herb wraps are 220 calories so I just eat half the wrap and save the other half for another day!
- Light Laughing Cow Cheese – I think this is the best spreadable cheese! And it is lower calorie! This is a must for the wrap!!
- Lettuce – I feel like a wrap is not complete without some greens! You can swap this out for spinach or whatever greens you have on hand. My personal preference for this wrap though is just normal lettuce!
- Turkey Bacon – If you haven’t jumped on the turkey bacon train, this is your invite to do so! It is way healthier than normal bacon but still so delicious! Here is another one of my favorite recipes with turkey bacon!
- Mild Cheddar Cheese – I usually buy the thin sliced cheese so it is only 70 calories per slice!
- Chicken Tender Loins – If you read my blog recipes a lot, you know that I always go for tender loins! You can use chicken breast though if you prefer it!
- Homemade Low Calorie Ranch – This is a personal preference but I don’t want a bunch of added calories from sauces! So I made my own low calorie ranch and it is just as delicious but only 11 calories per tbsp!!

Ingredients
- 1 large spinach and herb wrap 220 cal tortilla
- 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 2 slices turkey bacon cooked
- 1 slice mild cheddar cheese 70 cal slice
- 8 oz cooked chicken tender loins chopped
- 2 tbsp homemade low calorie ranch recipe on blog!
Instructions
- Stuff all the ingredients in the tortilla
- Wrap in parchment paper and cut in half
- Save half for tomorrow!
