Handling Cravings

I really like this article by the Healthline that helps to identify some potential causes for cravings and suggests ways for handling them. When it comes to building a healthy relationship with food and your body, it’s important to find a middle ground. You don’t want to overindulge or restrict yourself too much. Instead it is about recognizing what types of foods and amounts of them help you feel your best.

Believe it or not, you can have some sweets here and there, and still feel your best! I want this article to be something that helps you feel hopeful about your health journey.

In order to help you achieve your health goals, I’ve compiled a list of candies you can eat for 100 calories or less! Many of them are similar to popular candies but with greater health benefits.

This way you can prioritize becoming your best self while also enjoying the life you are living!

Candy with Artificial Sweeteners

One thing to note about this list: I have included candies that use both pure sugar or artificial sweeteners. I recognize that there are some potential negative effects of eating artificial sweeteners, but that claim is true of sugar as well. Many brands offer zero sugar versions of their candies (with artificial sweeteners), so I considered these along with all other candies when drafting this low calorie candy list!
