Weekends can be hard when you are trying to stick to a low calorie diet. More food, more friends and family, and more leisure time can make it hard to resist scrumptious and tempting treats.

  • 1 pkg Sugar free White Chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 tablespoons cool whip, light

Instructions

  • Top with raspberries and whipped topping
