This treat is quick and easy. I simply mixed low fat greek yogurt with berries and whipped topping. Placed between two graham crackers and put it in the freezer. (similar to my low calorie yogurt pie!)
I only let it sit for about 1 hour, than ate it. Partially because I couldn’t wait, but secondly because I like my “ice cream” soft and not frozen solid.
Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 sheet graham cracker
- 1/4 cup low fat strawberry greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons whipped topping
- 1-2 medium strawberries
- Mix yogurt with strawberry and whipped topping. Spread between two graham crackers and freeze!! Not too long, so it's soft enough to eat, yet frozen enough to taste like ice cream!
