Yesterday, I had
- Extras: 2 packets salted caramel Gu and a banana (because today was ‘long run day’!
- Breakfast: Egg salad sandwich with 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, and two slices of 45 calorie bread. Plus two slices turkey bacon.
- Lunch: Chicken Raspberry salad with fat free feta, 5 ounces chicken, raspberries, 1/2 ounce walnuts, and Bolthouse Pomegranate dressing again!
- Snack: Birthday Cake protein shake with 2% milk, CSE Birthday cake protein powder, whipped cream and sprinkles. (recipe below)
- Dinner: Broccoli with olive oil and parmesan, sweet potato, and Tilapia.
Birthday Cake Protein Shake
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1.5 scoop Birthday Cake Protein Powder Clean Simple Eats discount code AMYROSKELLEY
- 1 cup 2 % milk
- 5 large ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon Sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
Instructions
- Blend protein powder with milk and ice in a high powered blender.
- Pour in a glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
