In summer, I NEED protein ice cream! And this peanut butter cookie protein CREAMi has to be one of my favorites! This is perfect for peanut butter lovers like me! If you love peanut butter, you might like my peanut butter cookies!

These recipes are from Clean Simple Eats, but I made one change to ALL of them. They have you adding 2 tablespoons milk on a re-spin to get the ice cream creamy, but you don’t have to do that if you put your ice cream on the counter for 15 minutes. It’s smooth and creamy EVERY TIME on my FIRST spin. If it’s crumbly, you can add more liquid, but that also means it wasn’t thawed enough (My ICE CREAM EXPERT OPINION!!)

Equipment

Ingredients

CREAMi Base

  • 12 oz milk 2%
  • 2 scoops CSE Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder

Toppings

  • 4 Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
  • 2 tsp Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • 1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.
  • 2. Remove jar from freezer and let thaw on the counter for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”
  • 4. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two peanut butter cookies and one teaspoon of peanut butter. Enjoy!
