1300 calorie day with High Protein Veggie Dip and Cake Batter Eggs

Full day of eating on Bikini Prep 2023

These meals definitely need some explaining!!

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭: Sweet egg whites….1 cup egg whites with 1/2 teaspoon cake batter extract, sprinkles and a a pinch of splenda. It sounds weird, but this was my attempt at a copycat version of Muscleegg. (you can get my full recipe I posted about this before, here).

They actually taste like crepes to me, And, it’s DELICIOUS!! I eat them cold, and add whipped cream to the top. I ate this with 100grams of banana and 3 strawberries.

𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡: Asian salad with shredded cabbage, 5 ounces chicken breasts, 20 g carrot strips, 1 tablespoon wonton strips, 30 grams canned mandarin oranges, 1 tablespoon sliced almonds and topped with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.

𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤: HIGH PROTEIN DIP!! I blended 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon salsa and used it as a veggie dip. Also, not pictured but ate for snack, another Animal Cookie Built bar. LOL.

𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫: Broccoli slaw and steak stir fry! 1 cup broccoli slaw, mushrooms, 2 cups cauliflower rice and 4 ounces lean steak, cooked in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
