For the better part of the last 4 years, I’ve been obsessed with mixing Greek yogurt and sugar free pudding mix. I’ve actually never been a big fan of flavored yogurts. I have always purchased nonfat plain yogurts and nonfat plain Greek yogurt. But generally, I used to either add fruit or jam for my flavoring.
But, in order to keep my calories down the last few years, I’ve been adding 25 calories (or 1 tablespoon) of sugar free pudding mix. I wrote all about my yogurt and pudding mix here! There is NO Flavor I haven’t tried and LOVED. Most often, I choose pistachio pudding mix, but I’ll eat ANY.
Also recently, I received an email from a reader who started buying some NEW (albeit not-sugar free) flavors. Now it seems there is Oreo, coconut cream, York peppermint patty, Milky Way, Hershey’s chocolate, Sonic Strawberry shake, Snickers, or Sonic Banana shake (all seen here on Walmart) I really think it’s only a matter of time before they turn some of those into sugar free options! (I’M HOPING!!)
Anyway, I could go ON and ON with all the ways I use pudding mix. In fact, here’s a tag for all my recipes that use pudding mix!
But for now, just know, my FAVORITE snack is mixing greek yogurt with pudding mix- which is how I made this “cake batter protein dip”. It’s a must try! Let me know what you think!
