A quick note about flavoring these protein balls!
I was trying to get a lemon flavor by using lemon Extract, but it never tasted lemony to me. That’s when I decided to try some flavor drops that you would use in candy making, and it was PERFECT! I got all sorts of flavored oils on Amazon here for pretty cheap. And now I have a little library of flavors that I can’t wait to experiment with!
