Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
5 MINUTE ?, 70 CALORIE PISTACHIO PUDDING!
I was shocked when I cleaned out my pantry a few weeks ago to see how many boxes of sugar-free pudding I’ve bought over the years! LOL. I stacked them up, and have at least 20 boxes!
There is nothing special about this recipe. It’s the basic, classic, Jell-O Brand pudding recipe. However, I did want to photograph it and include it here in case I forget again, how much I love this stuff!
They are so great to have when you want a low calorie treat. And a bonus, it’s ready in 5 minutes!!
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 box sugar free pistachio pudding. (or Any flavor)
- Whisk and chill! Makes 4 servings
Each 1/2 cup is
- ✔️70 calories
- ✔️4 g protein
- ✔️6 g carbs
- ✔️0 g fat

- 1 package sugar free pistachio pudding Jell-O
- 2 cups skim milk
Instructions
- Whisk pudding package with milk. Chill for 2-5 minutes
