Why you should make Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding

I was shocked when I cleaned out my pantry a few weeks ago to see how many boxes of sugar-free pudding I’ve bought over the years! LOL. I stacked them up, and I have at least 20 boxes!

After seeing all those boxes, I decided that it was time to make a healthy recipe using some of that pudding mix. And along came this recipe for sugar free pistachio pudding.

Really, there isn’t anything special about this recipe. It’s the basic, classic, Jell-O Brand pudding recipe. There’s only 2 ingredients, and all you do is mix them together. However, I wanted to photograph it and include it here in case I forget just how much I love this stuff!

The truth is, I have a major sweet tooth. But I hate gaining weight from eating treats. This pistachio pudding is SO great to have when you want a low calorie treat. It helps satisfy that want for dessert without making you feel guilty.

And a bonus, it’s ready in 5 minutes!!

  • Whisk pudding package with milk. Chill for 2-5 minutes
