Don’t let parties get in the way of your weight loss plan! Try these Delicious low calorie desserts to bring to the next party and stay on track!

In full disclosure, when I first lost weight a few years ago, it was during the first six months of the pandemic, and there were NO social events to get in my way!

I’m not going to lie. I’m a social eater, and not having any family parties or neighborhood get togethers was incredibly helpful in sticking to my weight loss plan.

Today, things look different. I can go to a party and enjoy the high calorie, rich desserts and not feel bad about it. It’s the cravings after indulging that get me into trouble. One cookie at a party, and I go home wanting to make a full batch of cookie dough and bury my face in it.

So, while I can enjoy a treat here or there, sometimes, I’d rather just bring something light that I can enjoy, and won’t have me mindlessly grazing into 10,000 calories by the end of the night.

In this list I’ve tried to focus on highlighting desserts that are not just low calorie but also easy to make in large quantities and portion out into single servings. This should make them easier to share at a gathering! That way you can bring the desserts, and hopefully not have to take any of them home. f
