For all you calorie counting fans out there, I used Kodiak dark chocolate pancake mix with water, each tablespoon of mix is
- 19 calories
- 1.9 g protein
- 2.8 g carbs
- 0.4 g fat.
So, if you can cook them up by the TABLESPOON, an only add water, you’ll ONLY get 19 calories, but almost 2 grams of protein!

Kodiak Chocolate Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup kodiak dark chocolate pancake mix
- Mix pancake mix with water.
- Drop by tablespoon onto a hot skillet.
