Healthy Low Carb Open Faced Egg White Omelette

The recipe for this delicious, low calorie, low carb, egg white omelette becomes fluffy by adding Laughing cow cheese! Topped with avocado and peppers, it has 154 calories, 17 grams protein, 5 grams carbs, and 6 grams fat.

To make these eggs fluffy and delicious, I use

When you whisk the laughing cow cheese into the egg whites, it makes a cloud like fluffy omelette! In fact, I think some people in the keto or gluten free community make something called cloud bread, and use cream cheese instead of the laughing cow cheese. Same idea though! I’ll have to try the cloud bread soon.

There’s a variety of ways to incorporate the Laughing Cow cheese into your eggs. My friend first recommended I start cooking my eggs, and then mash it into the eggs half way through.

I love to make the eggs that way too! The difference seemed to be, mashing the cheese into the eggs halfway through cooking, gave you some creamy eggs. Whereas whisking them in before cooking until they are kind of frothy, gave a fluffier egg.

Both are egggscelent! haha.
