Healthy Low Carb Open Faced Egg White Omelette
This delicious, low calorie, low carb, egg white omelette becomes fluffy by adding Laughing cow cheese! Topped with avocado and peppers, it has 154 calories, 17 grams protein, 5 grams carbs, and 6 grams fat.

How to make a fluffy, cheesy Egg White Omelette
- 4 egg whites.
- 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
When you whisk the laughing cow cheese into the egg whites, it makes a cloud like fluffy omelette! In fact, I think some people in the keto or gluten free community make something called cloud bread, and use cream cheese instead of the laughing cow cheese. Same idea though! I’ll have to try the cloud bread soon.
There’s a variety of ways to incorporate the Laughing Cow cheese into your eggs. My friend first recommended I start cooking my eggs, and then mash it into the eggs half way through.
I love to make the eggs that way too! The difference seemed to be, mashing the cheese into the eggs halfway through cooking, gave you some creamy eggs. Whereas whisking them in before cooking until they are kind of frothy, gave a fluffier egg. Regardless of how you incorporate it, adding laughing cow cheese to your egg white omelette tastes AMAZING!

Low Carb Open Faced Egg White Omelette
Ingredients
- 4 medium egg whites
- 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
- 1 teaspoon everything but the bagel seasoning
- 30 grams avocado
- 30 grams red bell pepper
- 1 spray cooking spray
Instructions
- Whisk together until foamy!Then, pour on a hot skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, and cook on both sides, till it's cooked through
- Add mashed avocado1 shake Everything but the bagel seasoning, and peppers if you please!!
