1 ingredient Cotton Candy Protein Ice Cream
With only protein powder with ice and water, you can blend the creamiest, smoothest protein ice cream. I used Cotton Candy flavor and this ice cream was out of this world.
Jump to RecipeThe calories and macros for this Cotton Candy Protein Ice cream are exactly what’s published on your chosen protein package. I used the Clean Simple Eats Cotton Candy flavor, so the calories and macros for my entire bowl of ice cream was only 100 calories, 20 g protein, 5 g carbs, and 0 grams of fat.
Although I love the creamy carb balancing protein ice cream I make with frozen fruit and protein powder, when I need to save some carbs, I’ve been making this new bowl instead- JUST the protein powder, with ice and water!
The trick to getting it creamy enough is to use a food processor and blend it for a good 4-5 minutes. The longer the better. After 2-3 minutes, the ice cream is still pretty icy. But after a point, around 4 minutes, it starts to get thick and smooth! Just the way I like it.
