Try this Roasted Red Pepper Dip!
I’m always looking for low calorie ways to flavor things. That’s why I love my sugar free jello, Walden farms dip, and Kernel Seasons flavorings. If you’ve been around for a bit, you’ll know that all too well from my flavored puddings, protein ice cream, and flavored rice cakes!
So, this week I decided to make a new recipe for flavoring my foods!
I first made this roasted, cheesy red pepper dip to use as a dip. BUT, it turned out so much better than I expected!! In fact, we’ve eaten it as a spread on tortillas and bread, as a sauce for chicken, a veggie dip, a chip dip and just eaten with a spoon!! Sooo good!
If you’re looking for a new way to flavor your foods, I would highly recommend trying out this dip recipe. I mean, with only 4 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep, you can’t go wrong!
Give this roasted red pepper dip a try and let me know what you serve it with! Above I cooked up some low carb tortillas into chips and LOVED eating it with the dip.
I’m excited to keep trying more ways to use this dip in my cooking, and hopefully you will too!
