Peaches are in season for the summer, meaning it’s time to make some low calorie peach desserts. These are sweet, easy & healthy!
To say that I love peach season in an understatement! Whenever this season rolls around, my family LOVES to make all kinds of recipes using peaches! We try the different kinds and see what works best for each one.
So, I decided to pull together some amazing low calorie peach dessert recipes for my fellow peach lovers out there! You’ll have to try one of these out and then let me know how much of a hit it was!
Pro tip: If you want to take any peach dessert up a notch, try adding almond extract. We do that with our peach pie, and now I feel like every peach treat needs it haha!

Peach Dessert Recipes
1.Peaches and Cream Protein Ice Cream – Throughout the summer, I have been making all kinds of yummy low calorie ice cream flavors, including this peaches and cream one. I’ve found that if you mix up your ingredients in the morning, then it’s frozen and ready to enjoy by the afternoon. So, if you’re wanting a healthy treat to cool you down, try this recipe!!
Plus, I know that you can feel guilty sometimes as a parent handing your kids popsicles and ice cream all the time in the summer. This treat is a great alternative that carries no guilt!!
Serving Size: 1 cone –> 68 calories, 0g fat, 9g carbs, 7g protein
2. Peach Crisp – For less than 250 calories, you can enjoy these melty peaches with that sweet crumble on top! Not only is it low calorie, but it’s also dairy free and gluten free! Because of its allergy friendly factory, this dessert is great for gatherings and parties or just as an afternoon pick-me-up.
Serving Size: 1 cup –> 243 calories, 12g fat, 33g carbs, 5g protein
3. Whole Peach Mochi – In the mood for something sweet but not TOO sweet? If so, try making your own fruity mochi. In this recipe for Peach Mochi, peach halves are coated in a thin layer of chewy, home-made mochi, made from 3 basic ingredients.
I love this recipe, because it really allows the peach to be the star of the dish.

4. Peaches and Cream Dessert Quesadilla – This recipe uses cream cheese, protein powder, and peaches inside a low carb tortilla, to bring you the yummiest portable dessert! The warmth from the griddle makes it melt in your mouth, making this the perfect compliment to a summer night. Share it with others or don’t, since it’s only 196 calories for the whole thing!
Serving Size: 1 Slice (1/4 of Quesadilla) –> 48 calories, 2g fat, 7g carbs, 4g protein
5. Peach Protein Milkshake (Chick-fil-a dupe) – When I found out that the original Chick-fil-a peach milkshake had nearly 700 calories, I knew I had to make my own low calorie version. This recipe offers that same creamy, peachy flavor, but for a fraction of the calories. It packs in 14g of protein per serving and is ready in minutes!
Serving Size: 1/2 of the recipe –> 175 calories, 6g fat, 17g carbs, 14g protein
6. Broiled Cinnamon Peaches – I love the slightly smoky flavor and buttery texture of grilled peaches. However, sometimes you don’t want to get out the grill. Using a toaster oven, you can achieve that same soft texture, but in the comfort of your own kitchen. Talk about AMAZING! This is probably one of my favorite ways to each peaches, so definitely give it a try!
Serving Size: 1/2 of a peach (1 slice) –> 35 calories, 1g fat, 6g carbs, 1g protein
7. Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls – If you have seen my cinnamon roll baked oatmeal or 52 calorie cinnamon rolls, you’ll know that I am a cinnamon roll lover! So of course I was super excited to find this recipe for peach cinnamon rolls! They are gooey, sweet, and easy to throw together.
Serving Size: 1 roll (1/8 of the recipe) –> 267 calories, 10g fat, 42g carbs, 4g protein
8. Healthy Peach Crumble Bars – I’ve made chocolate peanut butter bars, lemon blueberry bars, and even raspberry bars, but never peach! This fruity, summer treat combines a buttery crumble with a light peach filling. Don’t they look amazing?! I’ll definitely be making these soon!

9. Low Calorie Peach Cobbler – I love a classic peach cobbler, but I don’t love all the calories that are typically in them!! So, I opted to make this alternative using heart healthy Bisquick! I typically add a dollop of whipped cream to the top, but if you wanted a low calorie vanilla ice cream, try Kroger’s Vanilla frozen yogurt or Breyer’s Carb Smart ice cream.

10. Peach Cake – Peach cake is a delicious way to enjoy summer peaches. This not-too-sweet cake, is full of peach flavor and includes yogurt for a wonderful, moist texture. If you want a light dessert, go with this one!
