Between this banana cream pie experiment, and yesterday’s cinnamon peaches and cream dessert, I’ve entered the dieting phase of the “slippery slope”.
You know what I mean. You let one highly palatable, delicious (but healthy) dessert back into your life. Then, you start justifying all the things that are OK to eat. Then, you find yourself, elbow deep in a box of Nilla wafers in one hand and the can of whipped cream in the other.
It’s time to reign it in! I’ve maintained my weight loss when I got to my goal weight in June, and whipped cream isn’t going to undo it all. (if you missed my bikini transformation story, check it out here!)
So, after today’s banana cream pie, back to recipes for healthy dinner ideas and vegetables for awhile!
But, if you’re in a good place, and don’t need to control yourself around creamy fruit desserts, you MUST make this crustless, low calorie, banana cream pie!
With only 124 calories per serving, if you can keep it to one serving, you won’t be disappointed!
All I did was blend some regular plain non fat yogurt with a banana and a half a box of Sugar free instant banana cream pudding mix. What you get is the creamiest of creamy, sweetest of sweet, bowl of banana cream!
Let me know if you try it and what you think!

I was going to try and make this, however, I cannot figure out the correct measurement for the pudding mix. It would have been easier to understand if it was listed in either cups or teaspoons. This has detoured from making this because I do not understanding the measurement for the pudding. Thank you.
Sorry about that! 14 grams of pudding mix is 2 tablespoons. I measure in grams because that’s how it’s listed on the package nutrition label.
Can I use low fat Greek yogurt or will that not work?
YES! and if I were to make this again, I would definitely write it with Greek yogurt!
