The only two ingredients you need for this Ninja creami protein ice cream

With essentially the same ingredients, I was able to make a variety of protein ice cream treats in the Ninja Creami. The two essential ingredients are:

  • PROTEIN POWDER: For these ice creams, I used the Clean Simple Eats vanilla protein powder (10% off with my code, HealthBeet).
  • SUGAR FREE JELLO MIX! So many varieties you could use for this. You can actually use the gelatin mixes or the pudding mixes. You can see some of the flavors on Amazon here. The flavors I’ve seen for sugar free gelatin include
    • Lime
    • Orange
    • Strawberry
    • Raspberry
    • Peach
    • Lemon
    • Cherry
    • Black Cherry
    • and Strawberry Banana

And the only other ingredient you need is water. Mix it altogether in a blender and pour it into some pint containers for the freezer.

When you’re ready to eat, blend in the Ninja creami.

The flavor is BOLD through the Jell-O Mixes. And the texture is CREAMY, when you use the Ninja Creami. And the volume is MASSIVE when you blend it altogether! WIN-WIN-WIN for dieting with delicious food!!

For that delicious strawberry flavor, I used the Sugar free strawberry Jell-O mix.

For that tangy Orange creamiscle Ice cream, I used the Sugar Free Orange Jell-O Mix.

And for the delightful Lime, I used the Lime Sugar free Jell-O Mix!.

    1. Interesting! Google says I used almond milk?  I actually have used almond milk before, but for the calories and macro counts, I made these batches just with water. What did you google to see it refer to almond milk? I’m curious what google is doing with  my content. LOL

Just want to say that I’ve been doing my research on how to create high protein ice cream at home and I’m really excited to test this out.

Looks so ridiculously simple and I hope it tastes as good as it looks!
