    Team Bun or Bunless?

    I love a good bun! In fact, I love all sorts of bread. I was able to get to my ideal weight, without EVER eliminating bread. (read my weight loss story here).

    But, I also love a good way to save on calories from one thing like a bun, and add them to other delicious toppings and condiments. And this turkey burger is no exception!

    Instead of a bun, I used all sorts of veggies to flavor up the burger. I didn’t even need anything to hold it together, cause I simply ate it with a fork. Why not? It was dinner at a table after all. A burger doesn’t always have to mean you are eating it on the go with your hands.
