What’s in my fridge for a high protein, low calorie diet.

There’s no question that it’s easier to stick to a diet when my fridge is stocked with my go-to protein foods and veggies. I prefer a high protein diet because it not only quiets the “food noise” for me, but I feel better when I’m eating high protein meals, and it supports my goals to build muscle.

So, to make life easier, I wanted to make a list of the go-to grocery items I stock my fridge with that is high in protein, and low in calories! This is the list of foods I have in my refrigerator right now!

  • Condiments: light mayo, mustard, ketchup

  • Yeast
  • Egg whites
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Fresh eggs
  • Fat free cheese
