A Blog reader, Maura, sent me this idea from her breakfast. It’s a pancake simply using an egg, banana, and cinnamon. She said it tastes like banana bread. I kind of think it does! The whole batch is only 119 calories so that’s awesome!!

How to Make 3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
⭐1 egg
⭐1/2 banana, mashed
⭐1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mash the banana into the egg. Make sure not to leave any big banana chunks!
- Stir in the cinnamon.
- Cook low and slow on a nonstick skillet at medium heat until cooked through.
- Then top with your fav low calorie toppings and enjoy!
