Jump to RecipeWhen I first bought my Ninja Creami, I had no idea what a game changer it would be for my afternoon snack! Most afternoons I either have a bowl of Greek yogurt, a protein shake, a protein bar, or protein ice cream. In fact, some of my favorite recipes have made it into this snack cookbook I just finished.

looks good but I would never consume that pudding (contains aspartame and dyes). I care about my health too much to put that artificial garbage in my body. what would be an alternative? Greek yogurt or cottage cheese perhaps?
I really haven’t found a non caloric sub for sugar yet that I like better than Aspartame! I’ll keep looking though!
